Destress with your own pocket thought-eraser.

Based on an effective stress-reduction technique often used by cognitive therapists, ThoughtCloud allows you to let go of negative thoughts by placing them on a cloud, and pressing on the sun to make them disappear.

This method of stress reduction is effective because it promotes observation and awareness of thoughts, rather than immediate judgment, reaction, or attachment to various thoughts and feelings.

ThoughtCloud is intended as a complement to the mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) programs for addressing a variety of medical health concerns, including anxiety, depression, addiction, borderline personality disorder, and eating disorders. Insights in mind-body medicine have also revealed that mindfulness-based interventions are highly effective at improving psoriasis, irritable bowel syndrome, pain management, and smoking cessation (Brown et al., 2013; Grossman et al., 2004).

Healthy stress relief comes through recognizing that you cannot necessarily control external circumstances or internal thoughts, but that you can control what you do with them.

So take a moment, jot down a thought, and let your stresses disappear with the help of your new ThoughtCloud!

Features include:
Editable clouds for recording thoughts.
Sun button for instantly erasing thoughts without a trace.
Interactive clouds, umbrellas, hot-air balloons, kites, airplanes, and raindrops.
Hidden objects.
ThoughtPoint counter (more points = less stress).
Daily mindfulness reminders.
Mind-body medicine & MBSR information and resources.
